How Mediation Is Delivered
Mediation is available in a format that suits your circumstances. Sessions can be held online via Microsoft Teams or in person, with professional rooms arranged where required.
Half-day and full-day mediations are available depending on the issues involved. We’ll discuss the most suitable format and session length before booking.
Where there are safety concerns or a history of family violence, shuttle mediation can be arranged. This allows parties to remain in separate rooms while discussions are facilitated in a structured way.
All services are delivered by an accredited mediator holding AMDRAS, AIFLAM, LMA and FDRP qualifications, ensuring a professional and legally compliant process.
